The organisation lacks basic work ethics and professionalism, with clueless management. The Management always attempts to work in a dysfunctional work dynamics. There's not a shred of positivity to be found and mental health takes a backseat to their false promises. Everything is worst. They hire me for healthcare domains but they don’t have any team and projects for healthcare 😬😬

I worked there and trust me, if u r leaving your home town for job please please don't come for this company. The upper management -Tls and manager in research team specifically is the worst .. there employee retention rate is literally like 2% every week employee join to leave it in 3 or 4 days. The worst

Tls and managers are rude. Very rude they don't have any way of talking. If u leave office on time they will judge u and will give u loads of work so u r there in office till 9 or later In the night. Tls will come daily 2 hours or 1 hours late but nothing but u will come late your salary will be deducted they deduct half salary onthe basis of your timing if u r a minute late u salary will be deducted....Read More
