The organization culture is very toxic, all the manager and senior create worst working environment due to this most of the employees have anxiety attacks and health issues. Even professionally they don't have any new work, and if the research team has the capacity of 25 members only 8-10 employee work here most of the recruit leavethe organization in 1 month due to above stated reasons. Work hours are strict and they make sure that you work till late in the office, and even at your home. Management is on poorly rated. There is no benefits and good appraisal in the company as well.
