They take care of your well being by allowing leaves and also introduced Friday's off as Well being day-off from work for three consecutive months. The management keeps in touch with you to get your feedback and appreciate all your efforts.

Dislikes

The nature of working in shifts is little uncomfortable as it extends for upto 1-2 hours more than the shift timings.

Skill development - Poor

Work Details

It was good. Other than the shift timings, the work environment and people are good.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
