Dislikes

The recent issue on salary crisis has decreased the company growth. The salary is delayed and provided on random dates like 10th, 15 TH of each month for a prolonged period of more than a year. No transparency for the reason of salary delay to the company cofounders from the board of directors. Now the company work culture is also not good after the resignation of cofounders. CHRO of the company spoils the company culture and growth leading many good employees to resign....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
