Dislikes

Starting salary is too low for the engineers. And the working hours for the supervisors were 12 hours. But the work tension based on the target completion, complaint and the rework. Otherwise give a free working mind.. Innovation is good like conducting a sports day, culturals day and award presence. Motivation is good.

The work is sometimes boring like doing a repeated work. And many times interesting like meet the different tasks and completion.
