Likes

1) Marico is a system & process-oriented company. 2) If you started your career, Marico is a great platform to learn the channel sales and process orientation. 3) No politics I have seen in Marico. 4) Employee friendly. 5) One of the best paymaster in the FMCG industry. Other benefits are also lucrative.

Dislikes

1) Job security is very low. You can lose your job at any point in time due to a very silly reason. I urge the authority to please stop the idiotic sales audit and on the basis of these nonsenses please don't sack any employee. I have seen lots of my colleague lost their job due to this silly reason. 2) Career growth is very slow.

The conversation around work hours in India is heating up! It started with Infosys founder Narayana Murthy advocating for a 70-hour workweek, followed by L&T Chairman S.N. Subrahmanyan, who went even further, suggesting a 90-hour workweek and wishing employees worked on Sundays too.
