Nothing is right in this company.poor management poor HR(Kanika), poor CO(Amit Dutta) One of the worst company I had seen. Such a poor management of both CO n HR both are use less.

There is no doubt that company is very good, it is group chain of D S Group. Which has a lots of products and many brand. Which is you get in easly the normal market at your near to you. If I would like to talk about the job security it is very tough to decide that your job is secure if you found a littile bit guilty whatever type, you will get fire without warning letter. There is no doubt that there colugeaous and there manager are very good and understanding between them are superb but I am not happy with there management policies and there growth system.

The job is interesting for me because I have come from the same field. But time to time they have change my job location and job role and job categery but didn't provide me any kind of training and salary growth I learn my self as we spend the time .

management is not helpful at all rather they impose irrelevant work and orders on the operations staff. main boss has no experience of retails and he does not want to use experience of good staffs.

I have been working as Manager - F&A for more than 4 + Years . Management is Good and Its Nature & Behavior is Friendly. Even, Nature & Behavior of other Dept HODs & Staff also good & Friendly. We work like a Team not as an Individual Dept. for the betterment of the Organisation. My Sincere thanks to Management, HODs,& colleagues for the Supporting and helping in all possible ways. During Covid19, Company's First Priority is Safety of Employees & Customers. Even, After 2 Months of Opening of Lock down, Company stilled allowed to Employees to work from Home wherever possible and adopting the safety measures on High Priority like to check temp with Thermal Scanning on regular Intervals, Sanitation of Place from Professional Companies, Strict on Usages of Masks & Gloves, Usage of Aarogya Setu App and Hand wash etc . Due to Covid19 Pandemic, where other companies have fired many employees. Whereas, Our Company have not fired anyone due to Covid19.
