The way senior management operates and treats the employees is completely damaging the morale of the employees and the achievement of targets. Their unrealistic targets, constant changes in plans, lack of value for the employees create an atmosphere of frustration and discouragement. Additionally, there is no set working hours and the management expects you to come early and stay late. It's clear that members in the senior management is more focused on impressing the CEO than helping the product succeed, which is detrimental to everyone involved.
