It is a well established company. Mainly deals in H/w products. But now they are growing in S/W as well. They have good projects. Good for starting a career. You can prove yourself here.

The company is really doing great and always ready to offer the right platform to all the employees. Only the HR policies could be little bit flexible and automation/digitization needed in some processes. Overall good company, nicest management and seniors, best no jealousy or corporate politics, light hearted environment.

-HR Policies, like early leave is not implemented correctly. -We can have something like Quarter leaves introduced in the leave system.
