Very cool environment, very good work life balance. Give pace to employees to learn and work. Salary is on time. HR and IT are cooperative. Task ownership ly with you. So you need to own and get it done or do it. People, staff are very supportive. I am not sure for promotion and appraisal, as I am yet to get increament.
