There is nothing to like and everything to dislike, There are so many incidences of office politics which lead to people leaving mantra softech.

Dislikes

Lack of Training, No training provided despite initial promises. Unqualified Management- Managers lack necessary technical knowledge. Poor Ideas- Manager' ideas often unfeasible, ignoring intern's output. Corporate Politics- Blame shifting and Unfair practices, Negative work environment affecting mental health. Unproductive use of 6months with little to no learning. Many interns leaving despite receiving PPO's, False allegations and misunderstanding.
