I worked here as an SE and let me tell you the company is garbage, There is a HR department ka vp who is puppet of general managers cant see what’s cooking under his company and claims to have 20 years of experience general managers practice favouritism bringing people of his reference to the company they have this joke called open house where they give awards to non performers and say it is for motivation seriously you are using award as a motivational tool? General manager says micro management is good thing and the HR vivek dantas is agreed to this nonsense too ! Their attitude is such that they want best people to work for them and ironically have appointed a 12 th fail as a store incharge at their so called prestigious project who foes nothing but uses his personal connections with the ceo of company to show everyone that thier knowledge and position are nothing in comparison such a nonsense company it deserves only donkeys as their employees not qualified engineer.. if you want to grow do not waste your time here...Read More

The package is satisfactory but there is still a scope of improvement.

The management could be more welcoming to the non native marathi speakers and should establish English as the primary language in order to enhance overall product efficiency. The company has very strict food and clothing rules which could have been flexible otherwise so that the employees feel comfortable and the focus could be layed on performance of the employees more!
