1. I dont prefer to join this organization due to strict check in timing of the company. You will led to salary deduction for the same if you are late for 2 seconds, your salary will be deducted for half day. 2. You cannot wear jeans in the office, it will again leads to salary deduction 3. If you are going to take leave for 2 days and in between these 2 days, if any official holiday or sunday arrive the company will deduct the salary for 3 days instead of 2 days as per their policy 4. You wont be finding out any cafetria in this company, your seat the ultimate destination of work, eat food and relaxing (If company give permission to do 5 min rest) 5. The best part of this workplace is the high insecurity of your job, doesn't matter if you are on probation period or you are a permanent employee. Although it's a Lala company, the policies are more than any corporate. Joining this company was one of the biggest mistake in my life, although sales is tough and it has target, but evenif you are working well but if things goes wrong on a personal note then you are fired without any reason. There is only one thing to like about it and that is the sense of feeling that you are learning something, But you aren't you will realize sooner or later that you are just a bonded labour.

Dislikes

Work culture , the hod is still living 25 years before time , he will shout at you in front of everyone , belittle you on every minute faults, even if you ask about something he will shout. He believes that people took birth with all the training and they don't have to train tgem at all even on the training period. Overall its horrible , if you are really desperate go for it.
