I couldn't find any good thing, I hope I could find in my tenure

When I joined first and I came from the Russian embassy, Here I need to sit on one chair, one closed room and 6 people sitting around me at a distance of 20 meters each, no external space, no cafeteria, and leaving the office is not allowed during the working hours. HR initially said, yes you can go out but once you get into the system they will ask you to wear a specific type of dress, not to go out. I was thinking that I could make my career, but in 2 days only I realise that I could break my career in this organization for sure. People were working like robots, In the office no free space, no space to walk, and no chai machine/coffee machine, not even an oven. You need to think of some advanced level of jail while getting into this office. I got to know here, they can any time fire you even without any reason, and at the time of the probation period, you are not having any notice period. My suggestion will be better not to get into this company if you are looking to make your career I left job in just a week because the working environment is something that today's generation cannot survive...Read More

1. No paid leaves during probation period 2. People in this company leave very soon,most of the people do not want to work and they leave within a month only 3. No cafetaria 4. If you are 2 seconds late even then your half day salary will be deducted irrespective of the fast that how many hours you have worked in the company 5. This company is not good for youth and new employee 6. No facilities in the office as it very old culture office 7. There is restriction in wearing clothes 8. If you take 2 leaves and during that period if of the leave is in between those two leave then it will be marked 3 days e.g suppose you took leave on 14th and 16th Aug and 15th Aug is national holiday so your total leave will be counted as 3 days not 2 days as per the HR policy of the company... It means you have to pay for the national holiday as well 9. Company always tried to remove the sucu kind of truth from this platform by reporting these reviews to the ambition box 10. There is no exit timing from the office 11. Efforts are not counted 12. If things are not working management blame to you instead of checking things properly as in a process 13. Dusting the probation period if they don't like something they will fire you immediately with no notification to you and any written email such as warning and all 14. No job security 15. Office politics is on very high 16. Managers work will not take your stand on the office even if you are doing good and not doing good for few days 17. No respect for your efforts & initiative's. You are performing well, but the company can fire you without any warning. Management is surrounded by big talkers and show-off peoples. Boss to be very gullible. To be quick to believe anything one hears, without giving much thought to it. Here are some more list:- 1. No Job Security -they believe hiring & firing process even all the departments 2. Few employees are double- faced specially Pandav Nagar Head Branch 3. Nobody wants to take extra responsibilities they throws boll to new joined court. 4. Favoritism is picked in office first 5. The working culture & policies are not employee friendly. 6. No paid leaves during the probation period (Six Months) 7. Monday to Saturday working 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Saturday half-day 2 p.m.) 8. Salary deduction if you are late for 2 minutes, even if the previous day you left the office at late night 9. Employee Eat lunch on desk itself; no separate space for eating lunch 10. There are no arrangements tea, coffee even normal water glasses during the long internal meetings (3-4 hours.) 11. If you are thinking to ruine your career you can go ahead join this company. this is a family business and sales is highly unstable field field I know but here it more unstable similar to the fact if you are performing as well still the company can fire you due to office politics. 1. Your salary will be deducted if you come late for 1 second as well 2. You cannot go out with your team or alone during office hours, as they don't have any cafeteria or canteen. You have to spend your entire time sitting on your seat 3. If you take leave for 2 days i.e on Saturday and Monday, in this case, Sunday will also be counted as paid leave. So it means your salary will be deducted for 3 days instead of 2 days 4. Monday to Saturday working, you cannot even think of going out 5. No paid or sick leave during prohibition period of 6 months 6. The company makes money by deducting the salary of the employees who come late and adding this to their revenue slab 7. Recently the company installed a coffee machine, which is so worse that you won't like to drink it, although it's free but employees here want to go out and pay for the tea or coffee but don't want to drink this worse coffee and tea 8.
