Teammates - Good and friendly environment Trainings - Not adequate trainings are being provided. JobSecurity - If you are a performing RM, you can continue to work for 2-3 years. But, I would not recommend this from a job security perspective. Career Growth - Not much. Salary/Appraisal - They do not give good appraisals at all. Thehighest appraisal in overall branch was less than 15% even after more than sufficient performance of the RMs. Politics - No politics. Good environment. Work Life Balance - Yes, it is there. One can enjoy the job along with personal life....Read More
