If you want to ruin your career, mental peace and your life, then only join this company. This is a trading job and the company makes you sign a bond of 1.5 or 3 years. I signed a bond of 1.5 years. They told that first 6 months will be training and probation period and it was also written on the bond which I signed but they made mesit on the proprietary desk from the second month itself. They didn't train me in the first month also. Apart from this they also expected profits from me and the target which was given to me was to make profits which are 3 times than my salary (which means my monthly salary was 17k so I had to make 51k profit monthly). If you don't achieve your target then they will give you too much mental pressure. Also you will be made to sit for longer hours (ps: I don't know what is the connection between sitting for longer hours and generating profits). You will be charged for every holiday as there will not be any holiday in your probation period ie first 6 months. Also, there is no HR policy as such. You cannot do anything when you realize all these things after joining the company because now you are a bonded labourer. So better don't go for this job. WORST COMPANY EVER!...Read More
