- owners are very illogical ( they thought they will buy the people by money. - The feel of the company running as in 18 to 19th century even in 21st century, as owners firing people in the group meetings with using very bad words. - Asking all the times to provide the processes and products from your last company. - The plant was very old and ZERO safety...people working there as they are working at their farms. - No Job security as they ask u to come back at any moment. - This is the company which spoils your future as very unethical owner. - No guarantee when you return back to India. - Some old Indian Peoples working there as spy and some are very very nice Indians. - Think 100 times before to join this company better not to join. - This is not the company as this is Slavery. - in Interviews they use very heavy words of job security, future growth and so many things...but nothing gets fulfilled....false commitments. -...Read More
