- Pathetic work culture - Abusive language & Bad word’s used by Higher management for everyone - No time limits, they expect to work 24*7 and highly inhumane behaviour - Pathetic and sick mentality of the owners - They treat employees like bonded labourers - Never even join, your life will become living hell. - Worst company ever I saw in my 15 yrs of career

Its a complete disaster

Everything, no job safety, too much politics, CEO is psycho, managers are too dominating and have behavioral issues, no work life balance, very bad work culture, no learning. All the good reviews here are given by managers to make the company look better, and I am pretty sure that someone in the management is trying to uplift the reputation of the company by telling people to give good reviews. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
