No overtime is paid the work pressure is very high sometimes, and much time is spent on teaching new employees .

Company policies are good, salary structure is average but very good environment and culture. Team mates are supportive and management is transparent.

Management seldom address our issues. Salary is average, and career growth is quite good. On the job training is given to every new joinees.

My job is quite interesting and it a bit difficult too. I learnt everything on the job. I do multi task job that is extra responsibility which gives me the chance learn different roles.

It challenging sometimes, all travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes,but it okay.As long as i get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience.
