Right now 100% Target oriented irrespective of seasons. Majority of 90% Field force feeling pressure including recently joined employees. I'm a marketing field force working as a senior business executive for last 10 years.

No work satisfaction Owner is uploading video on YouTube. Management is forcing to comment on video and asking for screenshots High pressure for sales Unnecessary they are terminating Employees without any reason.
