Dislikes

Working is on all 7 days, less money too much work, this company just need growth at any condition by month. No internal promotion. Only politics in promotion.

On the job training is not given to new joinees. seniors's behave rudely with new joinees.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
