- Growing company, financially strong - Operates in all technologies of RPP (EBM, IBM, ISBM, IMM, 2 stage), great scope of learning - high quality, well defined SOPs - elite customer base - good networking opportunities - timely salary payout

Dislikes

- Poor work culture - poorly defined roles, responsibilities - poor adherence to SOPs, protocols - Poor HR policies, total lack of transperancy - poor exit policy - 3 months notice period, high deduction in case of incomplete notice period and loss of variable pay. The longer one stays here, the bigger the loss during exit.
