The things I like in this company is work pressure is less compared to other companies. Work life balance is some what better.

Dislikes

Growth in our knowledge will be 0. Growth in career is bad. Hike in salary and incentives are very rare.

My role is to help the clients in taking the property for lease or for purchase and completing documentation for the same. Doing market study, implementing new marketing and real estate techniques to attract the clients.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
