The company hires and fires people without giving them any valid reason.. there are no working hours.. no compansation no bonus, they dont even consider that a candidate shifts all the way to a city and they put the person out of work without prior notice

Team mates (senior designers) are very insecured & harrass the new comers in terms of work & sometimes personally too. The designer himself is soo self obsessed that the assistants are ill-treated.
