The whole organisation does not have clarity on issues of Security.They would want you to sort out discipline which is within their own scope.They view spends on security to be a waste rather than taking it a long term investment . Security is their last priority and simultaneously they do not have courage to face security failures.Army officers should not serve with them as the chain/vertical of command lacks OLQ and is full of trashed, disillusioned and coward managers seeking personal goals rather than achieving organisational aims and objectives....Read More

1.Hypocratic culture. 2.Outsourcing the outsourced. 3.Indecisiveness. 4.The divide between the teaching faculty and non teaching employees.

No body (client ) is aware of basic principles of employment of Security and still they would want to preach .
