Career development of the employee may improve . (My little opinion)

Work Details

The job is more responsible. Have to manage In patient care and services. Have to co ordinate with the doctors, duty doctors, nurses and admin departments. Responsible for preparing Dischargesummaries.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
