Dislike is which staff is doing night they even have to do 9 hours there is no complementary Duty for night duty employees ...... That is very bad against employee rights ...

Working hours of staffs is 9 hours. Only one night off is given after 12 hours of night shift is done for 7 days. No night shift incentives are provided for the laboratory staffs.

The salary is too low for a senior staff, even though the fresher are getting near 30k and 13yrsexperienced nurse only getting 37k..its too bad 😞

Inventory management are very well mannered, staff are co operative & Nursing DNS are very helpful.

Duty hours sometime be very hectic, sometimes leaves are not getting in proper time, & after 4 times only one night off.
