Company has ERP SAP. Colleagues are good and co-operative.

1. Job is not secured either you are plant employee or HO employee. 2. One of three director is totally unprofessional. He doesn't know how to talk, what not to talk and how to give respect to employees. 3. Company has core values and ethics only on paper, not in reality. 4. No facilities like insurance, transport, gym, cafeteria, team outings, education/skill development.. nothing is provided by company. 5. Salary hike is 5% for most of the employees and i.e. even in the month of August but w.e.f April 6. Company has dress code policy even in head office. All have to compulsorily wear it. If you won't then you will be marked absent. 7. HR team will not meet you even after your resignation. They will not ask you that why you have resigned. Exit interview is only on paper, no personal exit interview. 8. Leave encashment is on basic salary but if short notice served then recovery from employee is on gross salary. If casual leave and sick leave you have at the end even that you can't encash it. 9. Infrastructure is not good. Either it is plant or HO. 10. KRA is only on paper. You will be responsible for everything. Nobody will tell you this is your responsibility but suddenly you will be asked why you were not doing this so long....Read More
