Since customer satisfaction is one of the major objective, naturally work pressure with us is very high to achieve both quality and quantity in construction so as to deliver quality product in time. Another aspect where I would like to comment is that the company lacks in proper policy towards skill development of the staff and workers.

It is a challanging one as I am working as Sr. Project Manager looking after construction of high rise residential building of around 10 lacs sqft at Bhubaneswar which consists of 11 tower of Stilt+G+14 floor with 625 now of flats
