I was in R&D. company culture is toxic. Toxic managers favouritism exists in hike and work opportunities. no work from home. no flexible work timings less leave. very few perks and benefits.

Work-life balance is terrible. Employees are often asked to work on weekends without any extra remuneration or complementary offs. Moreover, employees in India are expected to be available on call (in the name of cross-geo collaboration) till midnight. There is a lot to be improved in terms of learning and development opportunities, recreational activities, infrastructure

Office campus is in Brigade tech gardens so the office is well maintained and clean, infrastructure is well orgainzed As its a small company so recognition is quick and reaching out to managers , senior managers and directors is easy.

Work life balance is not good you need to stretch alot of the days. Work from home concept is not good hard code days to come to office is mandatory. Issues regarding timecard entries , over work , over expectation is much. Shifting of projects , that leads to no excelence in technology. Director are worst, they don't care to talk to employees for any concern who are at lead or level below it. Lot of politics. No transparancy. Director and Managers from same state just play around with employees. Manager will show off to management that he/his team is doing lot of work with his director's support while there is no work.
