Job security is definitely there. People are quite understanding and helpful when we get stuck with complex mods. Manager are from technical backgrounds so estimates given on the work are reliable and enough work hour is provided so we don’t have to rush on any changes. WMOS product is quite vast and learning is lot both functional and technical. So I enjoy working through out.

Dislikes

Sometimes complex work is difficult to understand. Help is not given as everyone is occupied.
