1. The workplace is definitely not for the folks from premium institutes like IITs, NITs, IIMs, etc 2. It is filled with a lot of junk people who spent more than 10 yrs in the company - where they never allow you to grow, old school thoughts & hindrance to the company's growth 3. Your learning is confined to the team & activities you perform as day-to-day activities 4. Overall a feminist company in nature where women leaders are so aggressive in nature + always find a way to promote/project women employees (for eg. if two competent folks are under a women leader, one is man & other is female, more likely female gets the projection/promotion) 5. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
