Office campus is in Brigade tech gardens so the office is well maintained and clean, infrastructure is well orgainzed As its a small company so recognition is quick and reaching out to managers , senior managers and directors is easy.

Work life balance is not good you need to stretch alot of the days. Work from home concept is not good hard code days to come to office is mandatory. Issues regarding timecard entries , over work , over expectation is much. Shifting of projects , that leads to no excelence in technology.
