Manhattan Associates provides a lot of opportunities for freshers to learn and gain hands-on experience in the job and does not discriminate against them solely on the number of years of experience which they have while allotting work

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Work-life balance is terrible. Employees are often asked to work on weekends without any extra remuneration or complementary offs. Moreover, employees in India are expected to be available on call (in the name of cross-geo collaboration) till midnight. There is a lot to be improved in terms of learning and development opportunities, recreational activities, infrastructure
