Really tough career during the construction of the project and the demand of Inter-Government project Authority & management is too much always.

Work Details

Overall worked 12 years from start to finish of the project. It is satisfying to complete the project with least cost/MW, in time and good quality, thus producing designed capacity output energy in contributing to the gross national happiness of Bhutan.

I started the construction of 720MW Mangdechhu Hydroelectric Project, Bhutan from blueprint stage and brought to commissioning in a span of 7 years. This is the optimum time for the above size project if compared with the contemporary Hydroelectric Projects in India and Bhutan. Similarly, the completion cost of the Project is also optimum and it is becoming a benchmark in the SAARC region.
