To acquire skill technical and other the place MRPL ,subsidiary of ONGC is great . One can learn various technical concepts and modern industrial technologies . Organisation staff ( technical and administrative ) are great . Being a oil refinery it has variety of process units and process equipment which can only be available in such a vast oil refinery. The only thing which shall be ensure is to provide jobs after getting a valuable training from such a great place , so that we can use our skills ....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
