Most developers directly communicate with clients so we work can be done independently. PMs are good, no micromanagement from higher ups (except PHP development head )

Canteen is okay (I personally don’t enjoy having food over there. Timing is fixed , minimum 8.15 is must, even if finish your work early you are not allowed to leave. If you finish your work early frequently and management noticed that then you will be forced to work on another project paralleling.

Not clear about project requirements and even not clear your role and responsibilities. Overtime not calculated and extra day salary regarding process not approved by account team. Account team is blamed to employees. Salary appraisal process is very slow. If taken leaves then need to complsat leave days in Saturday or Sunday.
