It seems like many of the 5-star reviews here are not genuine. Employees, were pressured by Ramesh Singh Chouhan and Rudra Sharma to give positive reviews. If we didn’t, we were worried about things like week offs, leaves, and even getting our relieving letter.

1. Un-necessary Dominant behavior from Seniors. 2. Public Humiliation by seniors. 3. Unauthorized interference in other departments' internal affairs. 4. Loud gossiping about employees personal life, accompanied by taunting. 5. Consistent disrespect and unprofessional conduct. 6. Targeted harassments of the employee who disagree orspoke up. 7. Unprofessional behavior from two senior sales personnel, including loud conversation and disruptive laughter causing negative impact on productivity and team morale. 8. I was at lamoda site. Sandeep sir supported me very well, he teach me about sales process, Manav group culture, also supported by Ramesh sir, rudra sir, swati mam. HR team is also very supportive. Very good journy with Manav group. Manav group's main focus is on customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

So Much Internal Politics in Sales Department. Egoistic old sticky seniors who always behave rude arrogant and dominant behaviour created messy environment In Sales Department. They Treat you like Slave. Only Sugarcoating you have to do If you want to satisfy senior's ego.

Working Here in Sales Department feels like you are constantly battling against a toxic culture. Senior sales People exhibit arrogance and ego, often making you handle the workload of multiple people. There's consistent harassment, disrespect and favratisiom for those who do sugarcoating. The pressure to please senior staff is immense with threats of poor increments hanging over your head. The sales department values hard "donkey work" over a smart work.
