Working for an international company, it is sometimes hard to schedule calls during normal business hours. I have had days where I had calls at 11:30PM and then 7AM the next day

It's very near to city...

They will not provide proper infrastructure in the chemistry labs. Too much crowd in the chemistry labs and too crowded labs are leads to less coordination between the scientists....they should provide proper workplace to everyone to work in the safe environment.

I joined Here as a fresher. Aragen is a great place to start your career as it has one of the most advanced facilities. Work culture is good. They give leaves and all are understanding.
