The exposure is good and the team is young and vibrant.

Dislikes

The senior management is pathetic. They like to show themselves as empathetic people but they arent. There is constant criticism and no recognition. And the organisation policy isnt the same for everyone. (Personal Favorites will have it easy). A lot of anxiety is induced by the senior management and you would be blamed for things that went wrong from their end.
