Work environment, feels like family. Each and every employee is considered as a family by MD himself.

Dislikes

Environment and culture is good but compensation should be hiked.

Work Details

As a fresher I don't feel like that, I have to do every thing on my own responsibility as their is no other person in my department who is senior and can guide me. I do almost all the generalist HR practices in the company under the guidance of MD.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
