Working time is too high to compare other companies. Communication side is poor to improvement. Loans process is less time but high documentation work. After 1 year employee feel to work badly due to unwanted transfers to other states.

In field level fully fake process... Company wants only growth , no matters how growth will come... For this all employees have full pressure. some times theft gold will come for loan.... company very bad response for that branch manager fully suffered in that time . Company wants not only growth and also more customers for this heavy pressure. In monday if we do 2 new customers , they again want 5 customers per branch for this many fake accounts created by the employees... most worst work experience.
