Well this is one of the reputed nbfc in India this copmony provides very instant service to customers and understand their need properly. about employees it has very keen and careful policy's for their career and future too. this is very good to work with manappurm it has well working management, here I am learning good leadership qualities from senior officers.

here branches are not provided cash counting machines it take so many time to count the cash manually

here I am working as Jr assistant which has to do cashier and GL1 means gold checking ,verify and valuation , marketing, customer calling for interest collection overall its a multitasking role to play

Relieving letter purpose

Hi everyone, I have completed notice period in the company of 90 days but company doesn’t giving me relieving letter. The concerned dept telling that it will take 2 months to give you soft copy of your relieving letter but today i have completed almost 2.5 month but thery doesn’t provide . They simply saying it is under process i have called that dept. multiple times but thet saying same dialogue . What to do in this situation?? I have to submit it to another organisation.
