Company policy is good but the transfers without permission of employees (not saying with permission but out of area which will cause problems to live without family) which are not satisfactory to employees.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics like union members will acquire there members and refer them to the seniors for promotion and transfer within area which they want. The loyal employee which was working hard for company will get nothing
