Everything is good in working in Manappuram, payment is received on time

The policy of Manappuram is very bad, there is no hearing of EMP, the employee does something in the branch and the branch head gets the punishment and the branch head has no action

Salary is not good but incentive is good but all the manager are no provided incentive

Document verification process is too much lengthy and they transfer employees at when they want

1.Salary is not good. That's why some employees in the branch are doing illegal things like cheating customer, fake bill to make money. 2. As it's a loan sector. When There is shortage of cash in cash counter, the employee of the branch (cashier, Manager) are responsible to bring a huge amount of cash money from bank or nearest MAFIL branch without any armed protection, which is a very very life risky work. 3. Working time is too high to compare other companies. Communication side is poor to improvement. Loans process is less time but high documentation work. After 1 year employee feel to work badly due to unwanted transfers to other states.

For this all employees have full pressure. some times theft gold will come for loan.... company very bad response for that branch manager fully suffered in that time . Company wants not only growth and also more customers for this heavy pressure. In monday if we do 2 new customers , they again want 5 customers per branch for this many fake accounts created by the employees... most worst work experience.
