Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management in transparent.AThere is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for company Policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

No CCTV working in Maximum branches . There are group of old employees always try to trapping new employee and Haras .sometimes money and ornament stolen by old employees and blame to new employee because new employee takes the charges of this. Due to CCTV not working so new employee are Haras by old employees or management..sometimes I feel management are involved . It's deals with the old branch employees & Regional head office management employees because when new employee complain CCTV is not working or money counting machine is not hear.. They are not respond..Due to them new employee face too much problem and leave the job..sometime give fine rupes laks for trapping case...Daily Bonus are not giving to new employee which is a structure of companies gives Daily Bonus of daily pledge Amount or value pledge Number.. it's a collaboration or old employees of branch and Top management there are divided the amount and not given to new employee..They told before they find a surios gold of customers and he repays this amount to company. So when this amount BC not pay. We can't give to new employee daily Bonus share. States regional office are knew and responsible for it.....Read More

The software use by the company is good for work.. Employees don't need to help of any department required. He can direct apply everything in the portal.He manage is Hr policy or print salary- sleep himself. .See how many leave remaining. See everything.
