Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, including financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

2. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, management reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Financial Analysis and Decision Support: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including financial modeling, scenario planning, and risk assessment.

4. Funding and Investor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders to secure funding and ensure access to capital.

5. Financial Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.

6. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage financial plans and budgets, including capital expenditure planning, cash flow management, and resource allocation.

7. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic record.

2. Experience: 7-8 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a leadership role.

3. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a finance role.
