Chief Financial Officer (8-10 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic CFO to lead our financial functions and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial management, preferably in the retail or Jewellery industry.

About the Role:

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Lead and manage the finance team, including financial planning, accounting, and treasury functions.

Provide financial guidance and support to the CEO and senior leadership team.

Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

Develop and maintain relationships with investors, bankers, and other financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

- Lead and manage the finance team, including financial planning, accounting, and treasury functions.

- Provide financial guidance and support to the CEO and senior leadership team.

- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, bankers, and other financial stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the retail or Jewellery industry.

- Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and leading high-performing finance teams.

- Strong financial management skills, including financial planning, accounting, and treasury management.

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing finance teams.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Professional certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA or CMA.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Jewellery retail or a related industry.

- Knowledge of Jewellery industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.

- Experience with financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, and data analytics.

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards, including GAAP and SOX.

- Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and other financial technologies.
