3. Employee Relations

- Handle conflicts and grievances

- Develop employee engagement initiatives

4. Benefits Administration

- Manage employee benefits programs

- Communicate benefits to employees

- Ensure compliance with regulations

5. Compliance and Risk Management

- Ensure HR compliance with laws and regulations

- Manage risk and minimize liability
