-Benefit package is relatevely less compared with similar NGOs - merit salary increment policy when MSH works with other NGO eg. During working with KNCV. MSH doesn't not follow either its policy or KNCV policy .

Work Details

My three main jobs : 1. managing both technical and financial part of the projrct 2- lead technical teams 3- coordinate work relationship between MSH and federal ministy of health

We formed a very good team evolving in a perfect all the mode had cultivated the spirit of listening and specially the capacity to receive the feedback even if it was hard. There was mutual respect, there was a lot of innovation. Dislikes

The salary conditions are good but this growth is slow sometimes uniform not taking into account thes studies done and the experience, sometimes we can believe in a subjective effect. there are periods when the work is intense one exceeds 10 to 12 hours a day. innexistance of real training on the job and sometimes have is forced self expense even to be on page.

As I mentioned in the first question, I worked more in the field of Monitoring and evaluation as well as field manager. This work was difficult at the begining beacause it had to create tools what would have to adapt to those used by the country.
